Puppy Deposit
Our Deposit and Payment Policy:
If you think you may be interested in one of our puppies please email or call.
NO deposits will be accepted until you have completed our adoption application and I have contact with you by phone, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!. Please tell us a bit about yourself, your location, other pets in your home, or anything you would be willing to share with us.
A deposit is to hold the puppy of your choice, and it is non-refundable and nontransferable, unless the puppy becomes deceased or ill while in my care. All monies paid towards the balance are also non-refundable, unless something happens to the puppy in my care. Full balance is to be paid by 8 wks of age, except shipping, which can be paid one week before estimated shipping date.
Puppies over 7 wks are to be paid in full, unless otherwise discussed and noted in writing. I require a $250 deposit on puppies $1,000 or less, and $500 on puppies that are over $1,000.
Form of Deposits Accepted
I will accept deposit through personal Check, Paypal, Venmo or Postal Money Order. Once you have given me a definite “yes” on wanting a puppy/dog, I will only hold the puppy for 24 hours if you are paying thru Paypal. If you will be sending payment by mail, I allow
3 business days for payment to arrive. If you are picking the puppy up in person, payment agreement should be made prior to pick up. I will NOT accept a personal check upon pick up. Please bring cash, or postal money order.
